On behalf of the people of Mongolia, I wish to extend my sincere greetings to You and to the friendly people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

It is with great pleasure to note that traditional friendly relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Azerbaijan, based on mutual respect, common historical and cultural values, have been constantly broadening upon our joint efforts.

I stand committed to working with you, Mr. President, on implementing the issues that we agreed upon during our warm and amicable meeting in Baku, during the COP29 Summit.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to reaffirm my invitation extended to you, Mr. President, to pay a state visit to our beautiful country, rich in history and land of eternal blue sky. It is my firm belief that Your visit will not only open a new chapter in our relations, but also make valuable contributions to expanding the cooperation between Mongolia and Azerbaijan.
